Shipping costs are calculated based on the current rates of our parcel carriers and the cost of packaging materials.

Free shipping

For countries in the Benelux, EU Zone 1 and 2, Germany, England, Norway and Switzerland, shipping costs are free for orders with an order value of more than € 350.00 (incl. VAT).

Delivery to non-EU countries

If you live outside the European Union, you can easily order from Gearkeepershop without VAT. Companies and private individuals benefit from smooth handling and clear conditions for delivery outside the European Union.

VAT-free ordering outside the EU

Companies and private individuals benefit from smooth handling and clear conditions for delivery outside the European Union. If you are located or live outside the European Union, you can order without VAT from Gearkeepershop.com. During checkout, our system recognizes the country from which the order is placed, causing the VAT to be waived. 

Customs clearance and invoicing

We process your order and prepare an invoice without VAT and report this to our parcel carrier. Our carrier will handle the full customs clearance process.

After customs clearance, you will receive an overview by e-mail with:

• The VAT amount to be paid
• Any customs and clearance costs (often combined)

Please note: We advise against using a Hotmail address for e-mail due to the possibility of delivery problems or spam notifications. 

Payment and delivery outside EU

As mentioned above, if you live in a non-EU country, you can order and pay online at Gearkeepershop without VAT. You then pay the local VAT directly to the carrier in your country. This happens before the package is delivered. The package remains available for delivery by the local parcel carrier for a maximum of five (5) working days. After payment of the local VAT and any customs and/or clearance costs, your package will be delivered as soon as possible by the local carrier in your region. You can track the status of the package using the track and trace code.  

Business ordering outside EU

Companies located outside the European Union with a valid VAT number can order from us without VAT. 

How does it work?

During checkout, enter the valid VAT number and our system will automatically check if the VAT number is registered in the EU database. The VAT exemption will then be automatically applied to the order. After placing the order, you will receive an invoice from us by e-mail. This invoice will also be reported to our carrier. The carrier will arrange customs clearance with the Dutch tax authorities, prepare the customs clearance documents, and deliver the package to the specified address.

In case of non-payment of VAT and import duties  

If you do not pay the VAT and thus refuse the package, the package will be returned to Gearkeepershop after five days. For this, we charge double shipping costs plus € 37.50 administrative costs. Your order will be canceled upon receipt of the package.
