Shipping costs are calculated based on the current rates of our parcel carriers and the cost of packaging materials.

Free shipping

For the countries in the Benelux, EU Zone 1 and 2, Germany, England, Norway and Switzerland, shipping costs are free for orders with an order value of more than € 350.00 (incl. VAT).

Delivery to non-EU countries

Private individuals outside the EU

At Gearkeepershop, you can order easily and VAT-free if you live or are located outside the European Union. Businesses and individuals benefit from smooth processing and clear terms and conditions for deliveries outside the European Union.

VAT-free ordering for private individuals outside the EU

If you live outside the European Union, you can order from Gearkeepershop.com excluding VAT. At checkout, our system will recognize the country from which you ordered, eliminating VAT.

Customs clearance and invoicing

We'll process your order and issue a VAT-exempt invoice, which we'll then report to our carrier. Our carrier will handle the entire customs clearance process.

After customs clearance you will receive an overview by email with:

Payment and delivery outside the EU

As mentioned above, you can order and pay VAT-free online at Gearkeepershop if you live in a non-EU country. You then pay the local VAT directly to the carrier in your country. This is done before the package is delivered. The package will remain available for delivery by the local carrier for a maximum of five (5) business days. After payment of the local VAT and any customs and/or clearance fees, your package will be delivered as quickly as possible by the local carrier in your region. You can track the status of your package using the track and trace code.

Business orders outside the EU

Companies established outside the European Union and with a valid VAT number can order from us without VAT.

How does it work?

Enter your valid VAT number during checkout and our system will automatically check if your VAT number is registered in the EU database. The VAT exemption will then be automatically applied to the purchase.

Statement. After placing your order, you will receive an invoice from us by email. This invoice will also be submitted to our carrier. The carrier will arrange the tax clearance with the Dutch tax authorities, prepare the customs clearance documents, and deliver the package to the specified address.

In case of non-payment of VAT and import duties

If you refuse the package and don't pay the VAT, it will be returned to the Gearkeepershop after five days. We will charge double the shipping costs plus an administrative fee of €37.50. Your order will be canceled upon receipt of the package.
