GearKeeperShop cares deeply about its products and naturally does everything possible to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does happen that an order is damaged during transport or something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within 5 business days of discovering it.

All items supplied by us come with a standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty, unless stated otherwise.

Orders are always delivered with an invoice. Please keep this invoice in a safe place for returns and warranty purposes! Without an invoice, items cannot be returned, and no warranty is provided. Therefore, please keep the invoice in a safe place.

Defective product within the warranty period

If you have a defective product within the warranty period, you can report this to us by email. You will then receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) allowing you to return the product for repair or replacement.

  • The costs for shipping to us are borne by the sender.
  • The costs for returns to the customer and within the Netherlands are for our account.
  • The costs for returns to customers outside the Netherlands are at your expense and in accordance with the normal shipping costs to the country of destination.

Without an RMA, your product will not be accepted and will be returned to you. We will charge you for the shipping costs.

Defective product outside the warranty period

If you have a defective product outside of the warranty period, you can report this to us by email. You will then receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) allowing you to return the product for repair or replacement.

  • The costs for shipping to us are borne by the sender.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are in accordance with normal shipping costs to the destination country.

Without an RMA, your product will not be accepted and will be returned to you. We will charge you for the shipping costs.

The following cases are excluded from the warranty:

  • Products with damage due to improper use
  • Products with moisture and/or water damage
  • Modifications and repairs not carried out by us
  • Products where the seal has been broken
  • Broken housings
