Please provide your details and a description of the situation as clearly as possible. Our Complaints & Comments department will carefully process your report.
After receipt, you will receive a confirmation from us. We aim to respond to your complaint or comment within 14 days. If more time is needed, we will inform you in a timely manner.
If you can't reach an agreement with us or would like independent mediation, you can also contact the mediation department of the Webshop Trustmark Foundation, with which we are affiliated.
In addition, since February 15, 2016, consumers within the EU have been able to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This platform is available at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to submit it via this European platform.
